The list of empanelled auditors was published in the last month. Names of some of my CA friends do not appear in the list simply because we did not submit the application. Further the CAs are discriminated based on the experience. This is unconstitutional. According to The Chartered Accountants Act all CAs are treated at par.
We are going to file a writ petition on this. We want support of atleast 500 CA friends.
