The wordings you used reminds me of my own PIL of towing the vehicles by Traffic Police. At the time of issuing notice to traffic department Traffic Police Commissionr was asked to remain present ordered by Hon. Justice Mr B J Shethana( in absentia of Hon. Chief Justice , the then . This is the spirit of Justice. Asked DCP Mr Vikas Sahay ( The then ) do you know who owns two wheelers ! They are from lower strata of Public. Then asked do you know under which Law you are towing the vehicles? He said NO!!!!
In fact towing vehicle is illegal under Motor Vehicle act. DCP was asked to file affidavit in reply in this matter . Then the matter was after 20 days came up Before The Then Chief Justice Court. No affidavit was taken up on record, not asked for dismissed not hearing any words from me??!!
This is our culture , ethics, principles and all standards!!!! Before Sitting as Justice in High Court an Oath is taken as to be free , fearless , Law Abiding, abiding to Constitution, not prejudicial to any body and many things more where is !!!! ??? There are many facet to all these , can not be written in open and construe it can be understood. This is also not barred by !!!
