As and when Limit crosses you have to deduct Tax from Re1/.

Contractor Limit of TDS Deduction is Rs. 30,000/-, After limit if I receive another 10,000 amount 
          bill then I have to deduct TDS on total 40,000 or only on 10000/-. Pls advise
