You did a good thing. As I commented upon earlier it seems that Staff Members may be involved , since they did not do any thing!!!

Dear members,Yesterday I received a call from Cell no. 8873072676, person on the phone identified himself as ICICI bank representative. He informed me that as per RBI directives all SB account are to revalidated or they will be locked for One year along with the Debit/ Credit cards. He asked me to provide details of my SB account for validation. On my enquiry and refusing to share any details he said that one confirmation message will be received by me very shortly, that my account has been blocked. Just after the call the message was received. Message was confirmation of my balance in bank account as '0' and further one cell no. 07250938130 was given for further action.I have lodged the complaint with ICICI bank, but from the response of the Bank I am not satisfied, I felt that the serious ness of the complaint was not felt by the Dealing officer. I am also filing complaint with the cyber crime branch personally.On online cyber crime cell I am waiting for the Verification code on SMS. screen shot is attached.Kindly share with all your near and dear ones.CA.
