Thank you so much. I may add to my submission with due respect. In the case of Ratnamani Engineering Limited in 31.03.1994 Statutory Auditor included a fictitious in come as know how fees not received in cash but only by Crediting as know how fees and debited the amount to Machinery Account ( being as explained by Company , ) that expenses could not be adjusted !!!, the same income after inclusion as Profit and allowed to declare the dividend out of this profit only.!!!
On the other hand the Same Statutory Auditor as Tax Auditor excluded as not taxable as Income , being only transfer entry and income not received from any body !!! Dividend was paid pout of this profit only.
One Chartered Accountant turned to be Advocate , in Company Petition No 17 of 1996 in the case of merger application represented the case , knowing fully the details of fact , knowing the facts of fraud in accounts, Advocate represented the case and allowed him to be present in the case even now also?? ??!! How you may visit web of High Court of Gujarat and find out and download the Judgement . See the words used in the order!!! Many pages mentioned in the order are not available in file!!!!
Take out the names appeared in the Judgment and find out the details of all persons from Google Search!!!!
When such things are allowed openly , what a ordinary person can do? He has to suffer for Professional Misconduct ?? These persons are free from all worry for more than 20 years!! And also Ministry of Corporate Affairs is also ease for inaction!!

So an ordinary person should not do any thing wrong in life in profession ever.
Take bread and Butter. Do not wish and think of big reward and much more by indulging bad practices.
This ultimately creates a bad image of our profession. Ultimately one, a small person , has to suffer a lot in his life than the fees received in the course..
