[aaykarbhavan] TDS on Interest Payment to NRIs



Dear Sir

Please let me know the TDS applicable rate on Interest on Loan payment to NRI. Loan was given by NRI out of his funds in India and interest payment is also being done in India. The person to whom payment is made also of Indian Origin.
