[aaykarbhavan] MOA-AOA Format for existing private limited company

Hi,

Someone may please reply, if possible:

Query 1

Existing private company (not a subsidiary of any company) proposes to change it's name and also main objects.

Should the existing MOA-AOA be amended for name and main objects in general manner

OR

There will be impact in view of Companies Act, 2013. Kindly clarify with any URL for my understanding.
