1) I requested CA N D Gupta & S. Gupta (who filed writ

petition in Delhi High Court) that we should gather & submit evidences & experiences of professionals in general to Delhi High Court as evidence.

2) It is necessary to impress upon delhi high court, the hardship faced by ca fraternity due to non-working of the server of income tax department from 10:00 pm to 12:00 pm on 30^th september, 2013 & non-extension of due date of TAR as well as Return.

3)CA N D Gupta & CA S. Gupta agreed instantly.
