During his regime what steps he took when a complaint was received by his department in the case of Ratanamani Engineering Limited in 1994 and and thereafter till this year 2014!!! Every office has asked the documents in relation to a case of Dividend paid out of capital and illegally , even at this time also . I have sent it . But what action they take GOD KNOEW AND THEIR OFFICES / OFFICER ONLY. They , all , have and had made lacs of Rupees out of this file . Now Bhave is questioning CBI!!!!!
