Recently in Merger Petition of Holcim with Ambuja Cement Limited voted against merger by L I C and Other Financial Institution , , but nothing there after!! This is going to be a Monopoly in Cement Market!!!! Where is C C I !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After voting in Merger Court Convened Meeting in big way nothing thereafter by Financial Institutions!!! What is their due diligence and follow up in the interest of public?
