Please find attached the documents. Accounts of the Company for 31.03.1994 and merger order and documents of merger.  Kindly acknowledge the receipt and let me know the process made and details. This is a case of Dividend paid out of capital and illegal payment of dividend and out of proceeds of public issue made by company in Februrary 1994.

See how naked they are?? I had once attached all documents with Business Standard new  and also separate e mail was sent , even then they are asking and saying the same think. All departments are totally  corrupted . They are cash counters. In the case of Ratanamani Engineering Limited now Ratanamani Metals and Tibes Limited for last 20 years they have , all offices made big bunch of money including Chairman.!!!!!

In AmMbuja Cement Limited Merger with Holcim Limited , L I C and Major Financial Institutions voted against the merger. CCI and all other did not enter in restraining from merger !!!!!
