[aaykarbhavan] Sub :- Compliance regarding IT Returns

A client has received E mail   from IT Department regarding details of IT Return of AY 2010-11 & 2011-12 . He    had taxable income during those years  , but not filed the return earlier . He wants to file the same now . As the time limit U/s 139(4) has already expired what to be done now ?
