On this eve of Women's Day when we all celebrate the Strength, spirit, values, respect ,honour of a Woman and her personality. I will urge all the fraternity members to kindly see that women in your respective offices i.e articles, employees, co-workers, assistants, partners etc are given their due respect and opportunity. Kindly see that no kind of gender discrimination is done to them. Due equality and opportunity is their right and they should be given that.
In our CA Community, the number of female candidates pursuing and being successful in the course is overwhelming but after they become "CA" the female CA'S actually vanish somewhere. The number of "real practitioner's " Female CA is negligible as compared to pass percentage of female candidates. I have used the word as "real practitioner" because the spouse name provider should not be taken into account. We should all on this day take a second to ponder about it and do something about it.
