As you may be aware, Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI had organised a live webcast on topic Service Tax -"Taxability vs. Non-taxability of services" on 6th March 2014.   2. Further, with day to day changes in indirect tax laws, the end users face many concerns while complying with the same. In this regard, the Indirect Taxes Committee has developed a utility for the members to provide suggestion(s) on various issue(s) related to Indirect Taxes at:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1vo6vubCAXVSxBn6i4-_0TpWHrR_R4gwpr5e9kfIQ6lA/viewform

    The suggestions so compiled will be submitted to the respective authorities on a monthly basis.
     
  3. In addition to the above, the Indirect Taxes Committee has also taken up an initiative to develop state wise Technical Guide(s) on Value Added Tax (VAT).
