[aaykarbhavan] System rectified to file DIR 11 as well DIR 12

Dear Nitesh Ji,

The problem with DIR-12 has been rectified on 21.05.2014.

however, the MCA21 system is still charging additional fees where the one month period for intimation of resignation has lapsed. Ideally MCA should not charge additional fees for the period when the stakeholders were trying to file DIR-12 but the system was not accepting the form due to the bug.

We have faced a similar situation and have raised a complaint on MCA21 for this anomaly. The helpline staff said pls contact the ministry.

Pls use your forum to raise this issue.

"When a director files e-Form DIR-11 for intimating about his resignation before the company files eForm DIR-12, an email will be sent to the company for filing the eForm DIR-12 and the status of the Director in the company will be changed to ‘Resigned’ against the selected designation. Once the company files the relevant eForm DIR-12, the status shall be changed as per the existing system. "

Dear Sir,

I have filed Form No. DIR-12 on 10/02/2014 to MCA in which one director was appointed on 30/04/2014 & other director was resigned on 02/05/2014. 

Now, the Resigning Director of the company wants to File Form DIR-11 (After filing Form DIR-12) , but it is showing the following statement when I am filing the form: -

“Please enter a valid DIN associated with the CIN entered in field 1(A).”

As per the Instruction Kit for DIR-11

"When a director files e-Form DIR-11 for intimating about his resignation before the company files eForm DIR-12, an email will be sent to the company for filing the eForm DIR-12 and the status of the Director in the company will be changed to ‘Resigned’ against the selected designation. Once the company files the relevant eForm DIR-12, the status shall be changed as per the existing system. "

It seems that I have to file Form DIR-11 before Filing DIR-12.

Please suggest a solution to this problem.
