[aaykarbhavan] Business Standard






In Ratnamani Engineering Limited merger petition , and al other cases hid the material information.Company Petition no 17 of 1996 High Court of Gujarat  !!!!!  This information is also given to Hon. Supreme Court of India  Hon. Chief Justice, Hon. Chief Justice High Court of Gujarat . What is not possible in Courts!!! May see all documents on records!! Many of the documents referred in Judgment is missing when I took inspection of Records in October 2013!! Then not allowed to see the files!! Secret file Now !!!!
