Dear Nitesh ji,


I need one help from you. I have seen that you have appealed to the member
regarding the contribution for kidney transplant of CA Chandra Prakash
Jha.I am also looking a financial help for a 6 years old boy name: Rudra
Mishra S/o Kaushal Kumar Mishra, by profession a Pandit in a temple whose
both kidney is failed. His mother is donating a Kidney. Kidney transplant
cost will be approx 6 lacs and after that approx 1.50 lcas.*I have
collected through my own source Rs. 2.5 Lacs in cash/by cheque*(Directly in
the name of Fortis Hospitals Limited)/NEFT (Directly in the name of Kaushal
Kumar Mishra).I have also arranged an NGO who is looking the dialysis
expenses since January 2014.






*Kidney will be transplanted in Fortis Hospitals Limited.* Due to financial
crisis, it is being late.I am attaching a request letter & prescription for
your reference. I have all the papers and testing report.I am doing my best
to collect the fund but not getting good response from Kolkata's
NGO/Charitable Organization.Can you do something for this boy also.
