At the same time do we need to introspect even. I mean majority loose interest in work after about a year of so in office. How do we keep the work interest going..Why is this happening more now than earlier..

I am unable to find much ways....some may say it unnecessary... but many firms are doing it !!....like training sessions coupled over a generous box of pizzas may do the trick...........or maybe annual review meetings in a distant hyped resort (though with junior staff it would be difficult to keep them well mannered in resorts) or annual staff picnic...any more ideas? Would it work ??

This appears to be a sort of general problem
Students join without really knowing about the course details.
some of them want long leave for study and when they don't get, try
to change the Principal.If they don't get leave also they start behaving differently.

Added to this, I find our Institute's training- Computer & orientaion-lacking.
They dont' know about pivot table, they can't use audit module in tally, they can't
write observations with correct English Grammer(ex:Power went..??)
When asked, they say they will read at the time of Examination.

I am thinking of writing a letter to both President and Director,Board of Studies
and ask what is the syllabus tought in Computer Training and Orientation course,how
they are judged and given certificates.
Important of all-No aptitude or attitude -Goal? become a CA, you will get lot of money.
 One other issue-Andhra based training Institutes.
