[aaykarbhavan] Company Law Settlement Scheme 2014 to file all pending forms / documents which were due [1 Attachment]

Dear All,

MCA has announced Company Law Settlement Scheme 2014 allowing companies and their directors

to file all pending forms / documents which were due for filing on or before 30th June 2014 -
1. By filing the same before 15th Oct 2014 and paying only 25% of payable additional fee;
2. Enjoying immunity from prosecution;
3. Allowing Directors not to be disqualified for such non filing / late filing.
