The other way can be seen from Gujarat High Court Rules. Where in person's competency in the subject is tested !!!, it is provided , against fundamental rights under constitution  ,that a party in person can not appear even in his  case!!!! Unless permitted by High Court Committee . If permitted then god. But if not permitted to appear then you have to compulsorily engage an Advocate.

This is going on.

Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has granted Interim Stay on appearance of  other than Advocates under UP VAT Act and asked State Govt. to submit its Reply within 3 weeks. 

This matter is of utmost importance and very serious in nature. Our practicing members would not get entry to present case  of their clients during this interim stay period. ICSI should Initiate appropriate legal proceedings to nullify the interim order. 

All are requested to take action at your own level to ask ICSI for immediate action. The matter may be pursued jointly with sister professional Institutes.
