[aaykarbhavan] Andhra pradesh HC Also Directs CBDT to consider representation of AIFTP for extending date of ITR in tandem with ITR




Andhra pradesh high court has held today that there is no justification to extend TAR and not ITR. Writ filed by ALL INDIA OF TAX PRACTIONERS. Court has directed Cbdt to consider representation of AIFTP for extending date of ITR in tandem with ITR.
