Writ no 28159/2014 & 28672/ 2014 

1) Andhra pradesh high court has held yesterday that there is no justification to extend TAR and not ITR. 

2) Writ filed by ALL INDIA OF TAX PRACTIONERS. 

3) AP HC Court has directed Cbdt to consider representation of AIFTP for extending date of ITR in tandem with TAR.

Gujarat  High Court

1) Gujarat  High Court stated  that TAR is mini Asst.

2) ITR filing is must before filing of ITR

3)  However, we have to wait for notification by IT department.
