ALL RESOLUTIONS OF ALL BOARD MEETINGS WITHIN 30DAYS CAN BE FILLED IN 1 MGT14:CA NITESH MORE

1)      First paragraph on Page 4 of MGT14 Help Document it says that different event dates can be captured in the same form if those event dates fall within a span of 30 days.

2)      In The form one can mention only one date of dispatch of notice and one date of passing the resolution.

3)      To save cost, we can give dates of earlier board meetings, but extract of minutes of all resolutions required to be filled can be included as well as attached to the form. In case board meeting is held on 30^th July,16 August, 26^th August, we can mention date of meeting of 30^th July & attached extract of minutes of all resolutions required to be filled for all such board meetings.
