Can someone throw light on the fate on the recent direction of the Gujarat high court to the CBDT to extend the income tax return filing date till 30 th November ?There is utter confusion in professional circle. Some says direction given by the high court is not valid out side the respective state which in my opinion & in this case looks funny.
