The most important this is that the Company Gave wrong , totally, information to Shareholders that the shares will not be listed never. Bough the shares at throw away price Rs 10 Shares @ Rs 420 per shares.!!!Immediately after buy back came out with public issue of shares and issued debenture immediately after debenture issue converted the debenture in shares , and many things more............!!!!!!!!!!!!
