[aaykarbhavan] Good news:CLSS, 2014 Extended upto 15th Nov, 2014

MCA has extended the Company Law Settlement Scheme upto 15th November, 2014. Kindly go through the content of the relevant circular dated 15/10/2014 issued by MCA in this respect by clicking on the link below




MCA has also clarified that in case of companies who have filed their balance sheets and annual returns on or after 1.4.2014, but prior to launch of CLSS, 2014, disqualification under section 164(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 shall only apply to prospective defaults, if any by such companies.
