[aaykarbhavan] Judgments and Infomration [4 Attachments]

Subject: Delhi High Court judgment reg Bofars

You know that Mr Madhavsingh Solanki had resigned because of allegation that he handed over a secret note to Swiss government, not to proceed in Bofors case. Following this, a special judge had ordered to procedure Mr Solanki u/s 193 of IPC. This order was appealed against in Delhi High Court by Mr Solanki. The appeal has been dismissed and he will have to face charges u/s 193 of IPC now. See the judgement of 11-11-2014. It is surprising that media has not taken note of this development.
