Ref; Rectify the faults of the site for receiving the applications for concurrent audits and extend the date for its filling.
Dear Sir,
It a matter of great regrets that the on line uploading of applications for concurrent auditors has become a laughing stock among the CA fraternity. Not a single operation of your site is perfectly working. From the day one, this application is carrying technical snags and members are regularly failing to upload their applications.
The advertisement was appeared in National dailies with a link to upload the application. But the link was generated after 48 hours and that link again and again working mischiefly and members are facing a hardship in oploading such application.
We were able to upload it on Monday. But the details given in the format were not saved correctly. Some of the problems being faced by the members are as follows.
1. For Example ,Total years of experience :36 was taken correctly.
Total years of experience in concurrent audit: Member entered 32. Then thirty two rows appeared. It was impossible to give the years (from ....to....) from 1978 onwards. So they filled up the maximum possible 20 assignments. In the saved copy their firm's experience was shown as 20 only
2. For Example ,Total Years of experience in Statutory Audit was also mentioned as 32. Again 32 rows were added. Here also members filled up the latest 6 assignments including central statutory audits. Our experience has been reduced to 6 in the saved copy.
3. The bank expects us to give the details of all the branches and the period from.....to..... in each of the rows, which is next to impossible. If firm's experience in the Central Statutory Audit itself amounted to 33 branches on the basis of an average of 3 branches for 11 years in 3 banks, leave alone the branch audits of all other banks in other 21 years.
4. There is also a field meant for the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit. If Two of our partners have passed the course and fact was also incorporated in the application form. Unfortunately When the form was saved, there were no details about the same.
5. The whole application is being filled up by the members after much labour and when they opt to upload the details, it shows rejection. There is no provision of saving the data automatically or manually.
6. The most interesting part of the application is that it is having a prefill data as on 1st January 2013 and the family which have upgraded themselves are not being able to fill their credientials of the changes made by them and vice versa where strength of the partners has been reduced , their old data of strength is strengthening their application. The frefill data is good but it should be the latest one or their should be a provision of mentioning the changes made after the mentioned prefilled date. No such Colum is there.
7. A number of audit firms are complaining about the vital details of the experience, the concurrent audit course and other partners strength have not been taken correctly.
8. . It is learnt that the application have been put to hold many of times. You are requested to rectify the faults first and to extend the date of the application. It is being revised on hourly basis. Now the coloum of concurrent audit certificate has been withdrawn. So kindly make it a perfect one before inviting the application from us.
