[aaykarbhavan] Re: [CharteredSecretaries] chairman vs. chairperson [companies act, 2013] - reg.



As far as I understand the meaning of Chairperson , Means the person appointed for the particular meeting meant for or conducted the meeting. Chairman means appointed for the all the time till he retires , removed from the capacity.
