Assessee can't claim interest on refund if there is no delay on part of department in granting refund

April 10, 2015[2015] 56 taxmann.com 13 (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)/[2015] 370 ITR 205 (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)(MAG.)

IT : Where there was no delay on part of department in making refund after furnishing indemnity bond by assessee, no interest on refund was allowable
