[aaykarbhavan] Re: {Amresh's CA's} CA Practice:" Brutality of Bad Men is Better !"

Very fine saying. There is a true sense of Voting and advertising . Not on a wrong way at all. Hre in India always on wrong side. Just saying lie only.

Dear All,

I will like to add few more from Martin Luther King Jr:

"I have a dream that one day this nation* will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed."
and
"A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus."

I am sure this time most of us will use their voting right judiciously. Time has come when one has to remember
"Either perform or perish".

Dear All,
I received an email from CA Suneel Kr Appaji with the following quotes of Martin Luther King, Jr.:-
We shall have to repent in this generation , not so much for the evil deeds of the wicked people, but for the appalling silence of the good people. – Martin Luther King, Jr.
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. – Martin Luther King, Jr.
History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. – Martin Luther King, Jr.
A man who won't die for something is not fit to live. – Martin Luther King
The silence of good men is more dangerous than the brutality of bad men!! I think this is the most applicable for us CAs. In every elections we meekly drink a few free pegs of liquor, ogle at a few skimpy dressed dancing girls helpfully arranged by the candidates, cast our votes and then go back to our regular life of eventless, mediocrity lives, cursing our elected brother CAs (whom we ourselves have elected!) for not having enough practice as CAs to live a honourable life.
We never think why not take a chance and this time give our vote to say CA Amresh Vashisht who has been so competently and dedicatedly bringing our knowledge up to date through Yahoo Meerut CA group of 24,277 CAs. And who also served us by taking up issues for redressal with the authorities at ICAI and the CBDT etc.
No, we shall never give our vote to CA Amresh Vashisht because he deserves it more than everyone else. Because we like to be fooled every time by imposters. We like to be led up the garden path by the WWW – 3Ws.
Forget Appaji quoted: "The silence of good men is more dangerous than the brutality of bad men!!"
I would rephrase Martin Luther King, Jr to  reflect the sad circumstances of us CAs: "The callous-inaction of good CAs is more dangerous than the violent, destructive, or abusive brutal-acts of elected CAs!!"
Got to run! Bye!
With warm best wishes,
Sanjeev Josh FCA, LLB, DMB, IRS
