[aaykarbhavan] Revised 1% Composition Scheme In Haryana

Dear All,

Please be informed that the State of Haryana has amended its 1% Composition / Lumpsum Scheme as applicable to Developers vide Notification Dated 24^th September, 2015. Attaching herewith clause by clause analysis with changes specifically identified and analyzed.

Highlights of the same are:-

ü  Additional Restriction on Local Purchases

ü  Allows Purchase / Receipt of Goods from Outside Haryana on Form C / F etc with additional tax of 4% to be paid by Developer

ü  Prescribes Returns and Applications Formats

ü  Other aspects

New 1% Composition Scheme For Developers
