[aaykarbhavan] Annexure to the Auditors’ Report for FYE 31.03.12

Hi,

Someone may please see the following and reply back:

ABC Private Limited for the FYE 31.03.12 had no business activity and incurred loss only.

The loss includes the expenses like audit fee, building maintenance and preliminary expenses.

There is no employee in the company.

Query

Is it appropriate to mention in the Annexure to the Auditors' Report in the ROUTINE MANNER, the following point for the company, though it has no such tax impact ?

The Company is regular in depositing undisputed statutory dues including Provident Fund, Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, Customs Duty, Excise Duty, Cess and other material statutory dues applicable to the Company with the appropriate authorities.
