A comparison analysis between Prime Minister of India and President of ICAI
 
Things are not moving at ICAI is the popular belief; what these Council members are doing is not known to general members and the ICAI is to my mind is Bermuda's Triangle. Being a member of this esteemed institute, whose mind always busy with thinking, even during sleep, started finding out reasons why our President-in-office is not declaring or demonstrating what every president normally does. Whenever I was thinking about Subodh (see dictionary - http://shabdkosh.raftaar.in/Meaning-of-SUBODH-in-Hindi), I realized that he is true to his name but reasons for inaction seems to be complex.
 
Then I applied "Mechanics of Creativity" (Theory)  in finding any similar person in similar post anywhere in the world exists and if exists, how such person if faring and what may be the similarities or differences between him and Subodh. I went into deep Dhyana( some may call it sleep) and started finding out faces using the theory and out of 10 faces I came across, 9 were resembling our Manmohan and tenth happens to be Subodh's.
 
That's all – no going back – The following table is made out and started my usual email.

The Top man of Central Cabinet of India
The top man of ICAI Council (akin to central Cabinet)
Became top man  without his own imagination – must have aspired

Expected to deliver great

Currently hands are tight
Totally dissimilar – absolutely no restrictions
Believes in God ( don't ask me which god)
He too believes in God
Smooth spoken and retaliates at times

At the mercy of some one to hold the position

Being in tight position and at the mercy, his failures can be understood
Is what am trying to find out
Before reaching the top position, was never questioned as to the integrity
As 2nd top man, was alleged to be a party to Nagpur issue.
Most of his cabinet colleagues are power centric

Can deliver wonder – if free hand is given
Free hand exists – not delivering, forget about wonders
Core committee specialist
Similar ( don't ask the names of core committee – left to your guess)
Will be remembered in History – for good done to Indian Public
Waiting to see, if does any good for CA Public
Non-politician in the midst of political environment
Politician in the midst of non-political environment
Can be removed any day by some people –thus should listen to them
Can't be removed by other 31 – but & still listening to them
Has time till 2014 (supposed to be)
Has time till 2014
He may resign if wants ( conscious)
Will dye but not resign ( no-conscious)
Sitting there to safeguard someone
Intelligence says similar – I don't want to comment here
Always Silent – a strategy
That is the problem
No one has expectations from this man
This is what this man is creating – trashing the expectations
Decade of Decay – by MRV
Decay of the Decade (slowly moving in this path)
After retirement will enjoy his retirement for life
After retirement, if resigns from Council, can enjoy – but not sure that he will resign as Council member – will sell tea in the shop where he was top man ( this figure of speech needs to be named)

Subodhji – CA community is looking at you – Act now - let the CA community feel that you have acted in the interests of profession - Bulldoze the Core Committee members and act - 


Note - Theory of "Dynamics of Creativity" will be shared in future through emails - The theory will be applied to the topic  - "Who should be Next president of ICAI?" and will be sent in the next few days (akin to hyderabadi parsoon)
