[aaykarbhavan] Fw: [CharteredSecretaries] Filing of Petition under section. 433 of the Companies Act



Can any body have the knowledge about , I am sorry to state  this thing knowingly, that Hon. High Court has got the Jurisdiction to Grant amendment to in main Object clause in any case to override Jurisdiction of Company law Board?
This is a serious query to be noted legally!!!!!!!
