[aaykarbhavan] Any one has knowlege about New Rules for representing the case in High Court who appears as a party in person in any other court than Gujarat High Court?

Dear All,

                Any one has knowledge about Party In Person , who appears Before Hon. High Court , has to pass one test of Committee and get the certificate for competency in any Hon. High Court !!!!! There is one rule in High Court  of Gujarat at Ahmedabad for party in person has to get the Certificate and then can appear as a Party in Person.

             If any body has knowledge about such process in High Court than Gujarat. Please give information and oblige.
