[aaykarbhavan] Asst. reopened u/s 147 IT Act: [1 Attachment]

Dear Members,

In case of one of client ITO reopened A Y 2009-10 u/s 147

On enquiry the reason for reopening she send a letter which is attached in this mail.

My query is

Is there any limit(amount) for reopening a case.

She has reopen the case only for Rs. 7,771/- (Bogus purchase)

Even if she makes addition of above amt what will the IT Dept gain.

only Rs. 7,771/-

Does I T Dept have free staff or free workers to reopen asst. only for
RS 7,771/-

My fees for attending will be more than the addition amt.
