Dear Sir,
I have filed Form No. DIR-12 on 10/02/2014 to MCA in which one director was appointed on 30/04/2014 & other director was resigned on 02/05/2014.
Now, the Resigning Director of the company wants to File Form DIR-11 (After filing Form DIR-12) , but it is showing the following statement when I am filing the form: -
“Please enter a valid DIN associated with the CIN entered in field 1(A).”
"When a director files e-Form DIR-11 for intimating about his resignation before the company files eForm DIR-12, an email will be sent to the company for filing the eForm DIR-12 and the status of the Director in the company will be changed to ‘Resigned’ against the selected designation. Once the company files the relevant eForm DIR-12, the status shall be changed as per the existing system. "
It seems that I have to file Form DIR-11 before Filing DIR-12.
Please suggest a solution to this problem.
