I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU SIR, I THINK MANY SMALL COMPANY WILL NOT ABLE TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW COMPANIES ACT, 2013 AND WILL PREFER TO CLOSE THE COMPANY AND IN CASE CLOSURE UN EMPLOYMENT WERE CREATED IN THE COUNTRY.
