Dear All,
Kindly help me to solve the following:
One of my client has given his old building to builder to construct new apartment in which six flats will be constructed. out of these two flats will be retained by builder as consideration and four will be for my client. My client wish to give the one flats each to his son/daughter.
Cost of demolished and constructed will be borne by the builder himself.
What will be tax implication in this case and if capital gain tax is applicable in this activity?
