1) Appoint auditors for a term of 5 years(3 years in case co liable for rotation of auditors & auditor already served 7 or more years: see term allowable as per rules in such cases).

2) Date of signing should be date on which accounts approved in Board meeting.

) Specially see clauses relating to "auditors appointment"  in directors report &  "Management’s Responsibility for the Financial Statements" in auditors report
