[aaykarbhavan] UPDATES

1. File MGT-14 in 30 days of approval of Annual Accounts and Board
Report for 2013-14. . Section 117, 179.
2. 30-09-2014 is last date for filing ITRs for Companies etc where due
date is 30-09-2014 but Tax Audit not applicable. Tax Audit cases can file
by 30-11-2014.
3. W.e.f. 01-10-2014, e-payment of Service Tax mandatory for all
assessees. Individuals and firms pay by 6th of month following quarter.
Others pay by 6th of next month.
4. List of applicants who have submitted their MEF online but
declaration is yet to be received from them. This list is available on
http://www.meficai.org
5. Revised Clause 49 shall be applicable on listed entities w.e.f.
October 01, 2014
