In the Case of Ratnamani Engineering Limited now Ratanamani Metals and Tubes Limited committed fraud as back in 1994 all directors are liable to criminal prosecution for paymane , declaration of Dividend , illegally and out of capital. No corporate Governance , no legal proper declaration of facts, to Hon. Courts, kept in their hands for all these years, all corners of life kept in thei pocket!!!!! for last 20 years . No prosecution by any body Law Supervisors, Law care taker , Law abides and all more. For mo0re than 20 years Board do not fear for any criminal action!!!!!
