[aaykarbhavan] Removal of Director

Hi,

 

Someone may please see the following and reply, if possible:

 

A private limited company has three directors.

 

One director seems to be not co-operating with other directors. In fact, the disputed director even has not provided his DIN for the company. (He is not even willing to disclose his DIN and in view of the reason, company could not file the DIN-3).

 

In such a situation, how the remaining directors can move forward in respect of filing necessary forms for the company.

 

Query

 

Is there any appropriate way, the company can remove him as director from the company?
