As far as I understand, physical voting is done by any body at any time during the period one date to another and posted to the Company at any time in post office or post box. No body is going to check it physically.
In the same way , e voting when once is opened for voting it is done by any time starting from 9.00 AM form the day/ date of opening till the last day/date of e voting @ 5.00 PM at any time in between these period..
There can not be no way to interpret it differently by any Government officer. I know R O C and other offices connected may take , for cashing it? !!!
