Dear all,  I have a query related to partial reverse charge of service tax- My company has taken cars on lease from various individual persons for company's work They are submitting monthly bills of fixed charge decided without any service tax.Wether our company is liable to pay  reverse tax under reverse charge (on 40 % value) applicable on renting/hiring of  passenger vechile.My company is a Public LTD company. Your early reply is requested as we have to deposit service tax if applicable. Regards Ram
