[aaykarbhavan] Re: [csfratenity] PREFERENTIAL ALLOTMENT RULES

I am of the opinion that Pref allotment is against the provisions of the Companies Act 81 (!A). Go to initial of amendment made in 1959 or so. Read SOR and amendment carefully. It is not the object for which it was carried out.......... It is misconceived by MCA , SEBI and all others .
