Dear Sirs

 

I  had filed my return for the A.Y. 12-13 dated on 12.06.12, also received the same by CPC on 11.07.12 but till today i can't received the refund as per ITR. Also not received the 143(1) intimation from CPC. When i check the status of Return then the message displays that ITR-V Received. It menas CPC has not process the return till today. I also know the time limit of proceesing of return from CPC.

 

I have also follow the below mentioned process. But CPC reference and Order Sequence not available due to non processing of return.

 

So, Please advise that in this position what can I do ???

1. Only refund below Rs.25,000/- directly credit into the assessee's account (CPC as well as AST processed cases).

    In other cases refund banker issue cheques to the assessee. 

 

2. In the present case the taxpayer has to  log on to the "efiling website" -  After logging  on , In "My Account" 

     he has to select "Refund re-issue request" and enter relevant fields and submit.  Thats all.

 

3.  I request our colleagues,  to register yourself as a tax payer in our e-filing website.  You will get answers to  so many questions.  More than that you can see "Tax outstanding in your own case"  and try to solve your own case, 

 

4. It is noticed that so many officers are sending innocent assessees to the CPC, Blr -

 

  I request that kindly guide assessee properly to the extent possible.
