For more than 18 years Ratnamani Engineering  Limited now Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Limited is silent over the issue of illegal payment of dividend and that too out of capital  .

No such details have been given at all in Balance Sheet , News,  information!!! No body takes any care , even on record of Official Liquidator file, Registrar of Companies file, Regional Director file  Tax Audit Report is there where it is proved that illegal payment of dividend and fraud , by stating the same income which were shown as income to declare dividend and in tax audit report claimed to be exempt as not taxable , being inter transfer only!!!!!!!!!!!! A fate of Our Government organization and all supervisory bodies!!!!!!!
