The business is of knitting, making knitted fabric from yarn. 

1). Is this trade TAX FREE from VAT in Punjab? 

2). Trade name is Textile Mills, what should be the commodity? Fabric, Knitted Fabric or Cloth?

3). Is VAT Number mandatory required to carry on this business of manufacturing and trading. The annual turnover exceeds One Crore.

4). If only fabrication is done as job work that is making knitted cloth out of yarn supplied by the customer himself and we charge labour charges. Do we need to deposit any VAT on such labour charged?
